Returns & Exchanges

If you receive your ordered product and decide you don't like it, and you want to return it for a refund you will be subjected to a 35% restocking fee.

If a product is received that is defective, we will exchange it for you at no additional cost.

However, you must contact our customer service center within 7 days of receiving the product. 

The item will only be accepted for refund if it has not been used, and should be in the original box with all of the packing materials. 

Please do not alter, tape or write anything on the item or the packaging! 

Please note if the item is not returned in its original condition it will not be accepted for a refund.
